Bringing it all back home

Hey... it's time to update my "All Back To My Place" entry from last April's post. I took the questionnaire out of Mojo, don't forget. So... he's a new version!

What music are you currently grooving
to?

I've got my office back from shambles, so I've decided to throw on some wax while I drink my coffee and check email Cat Stevens was in my head, so I found his Greatest Hits album amongst the records.

What, if push comes to shove, is your all-time favourite album?

Lately, I don't have so much a favourite album, as I have some random singles. Lady Antebellum recently won a few awards at the CMAs, so good on them. The song Need You Now is great. Zac Brown can keep his Toes in the water and ass on the sand all day because I'll sure join him!

What was the first record you ever bought? And where did you buy it?

The first CD I bought was Boyz II Men in the mid 90s at Wal-Mart. I bought it the same day I bought a CD player ("boom box"). I came into CDs a bit late in life, and only had cassettes and vinyl growing up. I still prefer it that way too. «this is my original answer»

Which musician, other then yourself, have you ever wanted to be?

I'm sticking with David Bowie and will add Gail Ann Dorsey.

What do you sing in the shower?

I sing whatever comes to mind; whether it be 60s pop or something I've recently heard on the radio. «original answer»

What is your favourite Saturday night
record?

Well, lately it's been the soundtrack to a New England Revolution game. I loves me some soccer!

And your Sunday morning record?

Sunday mornings will always be some sort of acoustic set on the radio, drinking coffee and hanging out for me.

So there ya go, kiddies. I've changed some answers, I've kept some old. Although I've not read Mojo in a dogs age, I really suggest it if you're passionate about your music. It's an import, so be forewarned: it's about 10 bucks per mag, the last time I bought one.

go revs

Cheers,
